These G4 LED illuminants are used primarily in a recessed luminaire or surface mounted luminaire without existing reflector (screen lamps, etc.).
Only the halogen pin base bulbs, which are usually located in the center of the lamp, are pulled out of the socket and replaced by the G4 V LED bulb.
Our tip: Just like the halogen pin base bulb, the G4 V LEDs illuminate the side with about 300 ° around and illuminate the lampshade, but give off very little light to the front! If you want to have light on the front of the luminaire (for reading, for example), please use LED illuminants of type MR11 or MR16.
