wie in vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben, wird das Leuchtmittel nicht sicher gehalten
Ich habe das Leuchtmittel mit UV-härtendem Kleber an dem Adapter fixiert --- damit war das Problem gelöst.

Der Adapter erspart viel Bastelei beim Umbau von 230 Volt Lampen auf 12 Volt für z. B. Notstrombeleuchtung.
Einwandfreie Funktion, GU 5.3 MR16 Leuchtmittel werden allerdings nicht sehr sicher gehalten -- d.h. das Leuchtmittel fällt recht leicht aus dem Adapter heraus. In Fahrzeugen mag das problematisch sein. Im häuslichen Gebrauch kann man das in Kauf nehmen.

Dieser Adapter ist eine geniale Lösung für den Umbau von alten Beleuchtungsanlagen auf Niederspannung, da alle Lampen weiterverwendet werden können und mithilfe dieses Adapters auch der Betrieb mit Niedervolt-Stecksockel-Leuchtmitteln möglich wird. Gerade dort, wo ein Niedervolt-LED-Leuchtmittel aufgrund seiner Bauform zu groß ist .
